This is a request for an open account with Alaska Stock Images in accordance with the terms and conditions of Alaska Stock Images' appropriate use license. The undersigned certifies that all the foregoing is true and correct. In consideration of the extension of credit to the undersigned by Alaska Stock Images, it is specifically understood as follows:

1. Terms of credit: our invoices are due within 15 days of receipt, past due after 30 days.
2. A late payment more than twice in a 12 month period will nullify this credit agreement and all unbalances will become due. Furthermore, all future invoices will be due at the time of purchase.
3. Financial charges of 2% per month (18% per annum) are assessed on unpaid balances after 30 days, beginning from the date of invoice.
4. In the event of default in payment, Alaska Stock Images is authorized to retain counsel to institute collections and/ or legal action and shall be entitled to recover all costs (including court costs and arbitration costs) and fees, including the reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Alaska Stock Images in the enforcement of this agreement, plus interest, both pre- judgment and post-judgment, at the highest lawful rate.
5. Guarantor does hereby authorize Alaska Stock Images, LLC to conduct such credit investigations as it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, making inquiry of the references listed on this page I, and all credit reporting agencies to provide any information requested by Alaska Stock Images, LLC.
6. Applicant understands that there are no refunds, credits or exchanges once an image is purchased and downloaded from this web site. Any charges made to applicants account, whether authorized or not by applicant, must be paid for by applicant.
7. Applicant agrees to use our images only in accordance with the appropriate Alaska Stock Image license agreement on this web site.
8. Applicant agrees to abide by all terms and conditions stated above as well as on all transactions in the future.

In consideration of Alaska Stock Images, LLC agreeing to sell service and merchandise and/or otherwise extend credit to purchaser (as defined previously), the undersigned jointly and severally do hereby personally guarantee payment to Alaska Stock Images, LLC without prior notice or demand of all amounts now or hereafter owed to Alaska Stock Images, LLC by purchaser from time to time (including service and other charges and interest), including all renewals and extensions of credit granted and regardless of the surrender of security, if any.

By checking the applicant agrees to the above terms and agrees to be bound and accept all terms of the Alaska Stock Images, LLC open account agreement.
